Phillies Trade for Reliever, Send Gomes to DL

The Phillies sent Jeanmar Gomez to the 10-day disabled list on Tuesday with a right elbow impingement and recalled utility man Ty Kelly from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to fill the vacant spot on the 25-man roster.
