Phillies to Start 3 All Star Infielders for 1st Time Since 1980s

Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper, third baseman Alec Bohm, and shortstop Trea Turner will appear in the National League’s starting lineup for the 2024 All-Star Game at Globe Life Field in Texas.

This is the first time since 1982 that the Phillies will have three infielders start the All-Star Game. Third baseman Mike Schmidt, first baseman Pete Rose, and second baseman Manny Trillo started the Midsummer Classic that year.
