Phillies Sign Venezuelan OF Muzziotti

The Philadelphia Phillies have agreed to terms with 17-year-old outfielder Simon Muzziotti out of Venezuela. The speedy teenager, who has been clocked at 6.5 seconds in the 60-yard dash, signed for $750,000 as a free agent after being previously signed by the Red Sox.
