The Philadelphia Phillies officially introduced new general manager Matt Klentak on Monday at Citizens Bank Park. The 35-year old formerly served as the assistant general manager for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Klentak also worked with president Andy MacPhail in scouting, player development, contract negotiations and the construction of the 40-man roster whilein Baltimore.
