Eagles Lose 4th Straight, Fall to Redskins, 27-22

The Philadelphia Eagles are all but out of it in the NFC after a 27-22 loss to the visiting Washington Redskins on Sunday. The game featured the return of running back Ryan Matthews, but also saw injuries to backfield mate Wendell Smallwood, safety Jaylen Watkins and long snapper Jon Dorenbos, all of whom could be out the year. Running back Darren Sproles is in the concussion protocol after taking a brutal hit while fielding a punt. Carson Wentz 36 of 46 passes for 314 yards, one touchdown and an interception.
