Eagles Announce 53-man Roster, Acquire Safety Gardner-Johnson From Saints

The Philadelphia Eagles agreed to terms to acquire safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson and a seventh-round draft pick in 2025 from New Orleans just ahead of the deadline to reduce their roster to 53 players. The Birds sent a fifth-round draft pick in 2024 and the later of their two sixth-round draft picks in 2024.
