Soul’s Reynolds Earns AFL Weekly Award

PHILADELPHIA – The Arena Football League today announced that Darius Reynolds  (6’2, 205, Iowa State) has been awarded Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Storm.

 

“Time and time again, Money has proven to us why he is a top receiver in this league,” said Soul head coach Clint Dolezel. “He played a key role in last year’s Championship season and is doing it again this year on our road to repeat. Every time he gets on the field he showcases his talent and leadership. We are so fortunate to have him on our team.”

 

In Week 11, Reynolds received six passes for 115 yards and five touchdowns. So far this season, Reynolds has received 54 passes for 819 yards and 27 touchdowns.

 

The Soul will travel to play the Cleveland Gladiators on Saturday, June 24 at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network and 97.5 The Fanatic.
