Jeffrey Lurie Reportedly Blocks QB Coach From Job Interview

Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie recently prevented quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo an opportunity to interview for a position as offensive coordinator with the New York Jets this offseason. According to multiple sources, Howie Roseman and Doug Pederson had both signed off on the Jets request to meet with DeFilippo about the vacancy before Lurie swooped in to deny the possibility.
