Phillies, Hamels Roughed Up on Opening Day

The Phillies opened the 2015 in horrific fashion on Monday, falling to the visiting Red Sox 8-0. Cole Hamels struggled mightily, allowing four home runs (all solo shots) and was chased after five innings. The Phillies collected just three hits on the day, with Ryan Howard’s fifth-inning double ending a no-hit bid by Boston’s Clay Buchholz. For more on this game, click here.
