Report From Philadelphia Soul

PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Soul concluded another impressive open tryout, drawing over 300 prospective players to the Philadelphia Eagles’ NovaCare Complex in South Philadelphia on Saturday.

“This was a tremendous turnout,” said Soul Head Coach, Clint Dolezel. “Not only did we draw a huge number but we were very pleased with the level of talent. I’m looking forward to discussing where some of the more talented players today could fit on our team.”

The day was also highlighted by those who attended to watch the tryout: current Soul owner and former Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback, Ron Jaworski, Soul owner and current New Orleans Saints’ wide receiver Marques Colston, Eagles’ new head coach, Doug Pederson, as well as the current Soul coaching staff and current players on the 2016 Soul roster.
