Late Goal by Bruins Sends Flyers to 3rd Straight Loss

Just six minutes after the Flyers had rallied to erase an early two-goal deficit, and with 1:54 to go in regulation, Boston’s Brett Connolly redirected a shot off the stick of Zdeno Chara that slipped past Philadelphia goalie Michal Neuvirth to give the visiting Bruins a 3-2 win over the Flyers on Monday night. Wayne Simmonds scored both goals for Philly. Neuvirth stopped 28 of 31 shots in net. For more on this game, click here.
